(Mission, Texas)-At Tom Landry Hall of Fame Stadium, the PSJA Bears (6-3, 4-0) took care of business by defeating Mission (3-6, 1-3) to set up a showdown against the Edinburg Bobcats (4-5, 4-0) next week for the outright District 31-6A title. Kickoff is set for Friday night at PSJA Stadium at 7:00 p.m.
Bears quarterback Jaime Lopez had a big night, passing for 374 yards and four touchdowns to increase his passing yardage for the season to 2,903 and 32 TDs. He has 7,786 career passing yards with 77 touchdowns passes.
