(Edinburg, Texas)-With 44 lettermen returning in 2023, the Edinburg North Cougars will be loaded once again as they prepare to open non-conference play against cross-town rivals, the Edinburg Vela Sabercats on Friday, August 25th. Kickoff is set for 7:00 p.m.
The Cougars are coming off their 31-6A District title season and head coach, Damian Gonzalez knows that was last year and this year, well, is this year.
