(Rio Grande City, Texas)-At Joe R. Sanchez stadium, the Rio Grande City Rattlers (2-1) ended its non-conference schedule with a win over 31-6A La Joya (0-3) 48-7 on Friday night. The Rattlers will now kick off their 15-5A Division I football conference against La Joya Juarez-Lincoln (0-3) at PACK Stadium in La Joya, Texas. The Coyotes will travel to play 32-6A Los Fresnos (2-1). Rattlers head coach Jesus Lozano is pleased with his team and likes how his offense is executing on football nights. To date, the Rattlers has averaged 44-points a game.
