(Mission, Texas)-For the second time in five years, the Mission Eagles will have to play their home games on the road due to stadium issues at Tom Landry Stadium. According to sources, the newly built stadium has been deemed “unsafe.”

The Eagles will open their season on the road against Mission Veterans Memorial at Hidalgo Pirate Stadium on Thursday, August 26th with kickoff set for 7:00 p.m. All home games will be played at Bill Pate Stadium in Hidalgo.
