(Pharr, Texas)-Top-ranked PSJA North handed the San Benito Greyhounds its first loss of the season winning 49-14 on Thursday night. Raiders running back Ethan Guerra rushed 13 times for 194 yards and scoring four touchdowns. “He played a great game tonight and I’m proud of our defense,” said Raiders head football coach, Marcus Kaufmann.
It was the big plays that kept the Greyhounds off balance throughout the night. Big touchdown runs by Guerra (79 yards TD), Andrew Alvarado (73 yards TD), and Isaiah Garza’s 79-yard break away score put the Greyhounds down 49-7 late in the fourth quarter.
