The 32-6A Brownsville Rivera (24-4-3) Raiders held off a talented Harlingen Cardinal team, winning 1-0 to advance to the UIL State 6A Region IV Soccer Semifinals. The Raiders, looking for it’s second state title since 2015, (defeated Katy Cinco Ranch 2-0) will play another 6A state champion, San Antonio Lee (23-0-3) at 5:00 p.m. at the Blossom Center in San Antonio on Friday.
